Terms of Service

Public Offer

Terms of service for MediaSafe. Current version as of 15.07.2026.

1. General provisions

This document is a public offer by an individual registered as a sole proprietor ("the Provider") to enter into a service agreement on the terms set out below.

Acceptance of the offer occurs upon registering an account at mediasafe.cc and/or making a plan payment.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Provider gives the Client access to the MediaSafe software service, which includes, depending on the selected plan: (a) web analytics: a traffic counter (visits, unique and returning visitors, time on site, bounce rate), traffic sources and UTM tracking, geography and device reports, click, scroll and link maps, session replay, conversion and goal (CPA) tracking, industry benchmarks; (b) anti-fraud: detection of invalid and automated traffic (including bots and headless browsers, emulators and device farms, click injection and click flooding, data-center/proxy/VPN/Tor traffic, GIVT/SIVT, TLS fingerprinting, ad-blocker detection, ads.txt/sellers.json spoofing checks) and visit risk scoring; (c) traffic filtering and protection: configurable filtering modes (monitor / challenge / block), interactive verification of suspicious clicks (Challenge Redirect), export of detected fraud IPs to advertising platforms as exclusion lists; (d) advertising campaign tools: campaign and creative tracking across channels (search, programmatic incl. Pre-Bid API and Post-Bid verification, in-app and mobile, video/VAST, messengers, email/SMS, display), impression tracking including off-screen (viewability) detection; (e) additional tools: A/B testing with invalid-traffic filtering, a UTM link generator, a third-party tracker scanner (Anti-Spy). The current feature set of each plan is published on the Pricing page and in the documentation; the Provider may modify individual features while maintaining the overall functionality of the Service.

The service is provided "as is". The Provider does not guarantee 100% detection accuracy and is not liable for decisions the Client makes based on the service's data.

3. Plans and payment

New accounts receive a free trial: 30 days or 1,000 events, whichever comes first, with Business-plan features. No payment details are required to start the trial.

Plan pricing is listed on the Pricing page. Payment is made by invoice or via the payment methods listed on the site.

Access to a paid plan is activated within 1 business day after payment is received.

If payment is not received after the trial period ends, access to the service is suspended until payment is made.

4. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Client agrees to use the service in accordance with applicable law and not to share access with third parties without the Provider's consent.

The Provider agrees to maintain service availability of at least 99% per calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance.

5. Liability

The Provider is not liable for losses arising from the use or inability to use the service.

The Provider's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the last paid period.

6. Term and termination

The agreement is effective from the moment the offer is accepted until either party's account is deleted.

The Client may cancel the service at any time by notifying the Provider through the contacts listed on the Contacts page.

7. Provider details

Current registration details are provided on request for issuing invoices to businesses — please reach out via the contacts below.
